To connect to the staff Wifi, look for the CoLA_Staff Wifi option. To connect, you need to enter the details you would use when logging into a laptop - not your emails - in the identity and password boxes. (You may need to select a certificate when on the initial wifi connection screen depending on your device.)
If your computer password is recently changed or after some time has passed, your device may lose connection to the Wifi - to reconnect, you first need to Forget this Network under your devices’ WiFi settings and then reconnect to the Wifi the same way as previously stated.
