We are unable to reset or manage Sparx Maths accounts.
Sparx Maths obtains the email by syncing with a student's email on SIMS - if these details are wrong, then Sparx may create the student account incorrectly resulting in the student being unable to access their account.
Please ensure that their details are correct/up-to-date on SIMS, and then speak to LRA ([email protected]) to ensure that the details are also corrected on Sparx as she is the admin lead for Sparx Maths.
