Please first check that you are fully connected to your home WiFi or tethered to your mobile phone (and that the phone has enough signal to work).
Click on the Network icon and check what “CoLA Connection” says. It should show “Connected” if you click on where it says “CoLA Connection” in the screenshot above. If it does not and you have checked the above, please try a restart of your laptop.
If you do not see “CoLA Connection” or still can’t access your drives, please speak to us about this as soon as you are able to.
